Unexpected Results While Searching for Job Opportunities

If you are receiving unexpected results while searching for job opportunities, you may need to delete temporary files your browser has stored on your computer.

For Microsoft Internet Explorer users:

  1. Depending on your version of Internet Explorer you will click on either “Tools” or “View” on the tool bar located at the top of the browser and then select “Internet Options”.
  2. On the General tab click on Delete, OR Delete Cookies.
  3. Click on Delete File, check the box to Delete all offline content (if available), and then click OK.
  4. Click on OK to close the Internet Options.
  5. Exit and then re-start your browser.

For Netscape users:

  1. Click on “Edit” on the tool bar at the top of your browser and then select “Preferences”.
  2. Expand the Advanced category by clicking on the plus (+) sign next to the word Advanced.
  3. Click on Cache, then click on “Clear Memory Cache” and then “Clear Disk Cache”.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Exit and then re-start your browser.

For AOL users:

  1. Click on “My AOL” on the tool bar at the top of your AOL screen and then select “Preferences”.
  2. Under Preferences click on the WWW icon.
  3. Under “Temporary Internet Files” click on Delete Files
  4. Click OK
  5. Exit and then re-start your browser

How to Enable JavaScript

Please keep in mind that upgrading your browser or installing new security software or security patches may affect your JavaScript settings.
