Transferable skills

There are initiatives in place and in development in many different areas from finance to policy, to encourage movement amongst ministries. For instance, the Natural Resource Sector ministries are working together to develop programs to increase the breadth of knowledge for their employees, including both job shadow and joint co-op recruitment programs.
